Zelia Link provides CRM software access, business automation tools, implementation services, consulting, and related business solutions.

Subscription Services

Subscription fees are billed according to the plan selected during checkout.

Pricing is subject to change for future subscriptions. Existing customers will be notified of any applicable pricing changes as required.

Self Setup Plan

The Self Setup plan provides access to the software platform only.

Implementation, customization, troubleshooting, and ongoing support are not included unless purchased separately.

Professional Services

Implementation fees are non-refundable once work has begun.

Project timelines may vary depending on client responsiveness and project complexity.

Cancellations

Monthly subscriptions may be canceled at any time.

Cancellation does not entitle the customer to a refund for previous payments.

If a subscription is canceled and later restarted, the customer will be subject to the current pricing available at the time of reactivation.

Intellectual Property

All content, branding, graphics, and materials provided by Zelia Link remain the property of Zelia Link unless otherwise stated.

Limitation of Liability

Zelia Link shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website, software, or services.
